Kathak Dance
Kathak Dance
Sujoyini Mandal, an accomplished Kathak dancer, will showcase a melodic Kathak Tarana with her students. Kathak, which originated from the traveling bards of ancient northern India known as Kathakar, tells stories from the Hindu epics through dance, song and music.

Bharatnatyam Dance
Bharatnatyam Dance

An Indian Classical Dance Performance by dancers from Narthanalaya School of Arts. Bharatanatyam is one of the oldest and most revered classical dance forms in India. It is known for its intricate footwork, expressive gestures, and elaborate storytelling.

Waramba Dance
Ballet Waramba

An African cultural dance and drumming performance. Ballet Waramba is renowned for its captivating fusion of traditional African dance, music, and storytelling with contemporary influences.

Oddisi Dance
Oddisi Dance

Odissi is a classical dance form from East India. The Noopur Nritya Academy will present Battu, a foundational dance considered one of the most intricate pieces of Odissi.

Irish Dance

Irish Dance is characterized by quick, precise footwork, intricate movements, and tight upper-body placement. This dance can be performed solo, in groups or as part of a larger production. The Farrell School of Irish Dance, celebrating its 51st year of instruction and performance, will present this performance. Irish Dance is inclusive and welcomes participants of all ethnicities, ages, experience levels and body types.
